By Booking your appointment or purchasing your Gift Card at Cali Skin Clinic, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our practice.

Booking policy: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious consultation and treatment minutes as each appointment will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next patient. Note: If your appointment is first thing in the morning, you do not need to arrive early.

We are sympathetic that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We promise to always do our very best to perform the most complete procedure possible in the time remaining. Each treatment will be finished on time to accommodate the next patient, full fees will still apply. Arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates/ promotional cards & Packages) without the opportunity to reschedule. To ensure that our practice runs on time, we regretfully cannot make an exception to this policy. For this reason, we recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to our practice.

Children and Infants: We love kiddos but we are equipped to accommodate infants and children. Please be sure you have made the appropriate arrangements prior to securing your appointments. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

On Call Workers: We understand that some of our patients are 'on call' for their line of work, however we do advise those patients to only book appointments they are able to keep, as we cannot make exceptions to our fee structure.

Up Front Payments / Deposits are non refundable, exchangeable or transferable. 'Upfront payments' and 'procedure deposits' are required for procedures and promotional offers. Upfront payments and deposits secure your appointment with one of our specialists. Upfront / Full Payment is required for selected services and offers. Deposits and upfront payment are processed at the time you book your appointment. Payments can be made at our practice or by phone. (By phone; a receipt will be left for you to collect at the time off your appointment).

​Rescheduling and cancelling your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than two business days, we reserve the right to charge forfeiture of the deposit for that service. Less than two business day / 48 hours notice, last minute appointment rescheduling, no-shows and same day cancellations will forfeit that deposit or full booking fee.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy because we are a small appointment based practice and schedule a specialist in advance especially for you. Please note business days are Monday to Friday and some weekends.

Multiple Bookings:

Deposit are required to secure your appointment. Should you book multiple services online and choose not to move forward on the day of your appointment for that service, that deposit will be forfeited and not be deducted off other services that day. We ask that you only book services that you are sure you are ready to move forward with.

Confirmation is required for all bookings.

We trust you are aware of the appointments you book. As a courtesy to our patients, our computer generates an automatic reminder SMS. Please be sure to phone & speak to one of our staff if you need to make changes / cancel /reschedule your appointment. To avoid any fees: We do not take appointments or cancellations via our social medium, face book page or instagram.

Online offers:

If stipulated / advertised as an "Online Offer" conditions apply in order to receive the offer.

Appointments for the stipulated treatment must be booked online via our website www.caliskinnoosa.com, click on the “Book Now” link.

 

If you should need to reschedule your online booking, this may be done by you via the online, two business days prior your appointment. 

Online offers cannot not be booked via phone or in person at our clinic, strictly on line only, otherwise the discount / offer does not apply. Limited numbers are available for this offer.

Packages / Package Deals / Special offers.

 Are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable in parts.

Cannot be purchased with a gift card or voucher.

 Are available to be redeemed from Monday and Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, and are not redeemable on Saturdays or Sundays unless otherwise stipulated.

Cancelling your package:  If you have not commenced your pre-paid package and choose not to go forward with your package, the package amount will be applied to your account and valid for six months from the original time of the purchase.  If you have commenced and redeemed from the Packages / Package Deals / Special offers, and decide not to continue you will be forfeiting the package.

 

Packages / Promotional & Special offers / gift cards are not redeemable for products and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Promotional offers can be redeemed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm unless specified otherwise.  Special offers and packages are restricted to one per person unless specified otherwise.

 

Competitions and give-a-ways.

Conditions of entry.

Must be over 18 years of age.

Complete all criteria as posted to qualify to enter.

Competition and give-a-way winners will be posted publicly on social media platforms, in advertising and displayed on our website.

Procedures/treatments won / given may be filmed and showcased publicly on all our social media platforms, advertising, and website.

Treatments are valid for three months from the date for the draw announcement. We reserve the right to not extend this date.

Health and safety: Patients MUST BE eligible to enter. In the case the winner does not meet our criteria (e.g. pregnancy, breast feeding, active disease-resulting in the patient not being treatable) the prize will be redrawn to select another winner.

Please note prizes/ treatment/ procedures won are not transferable unless stated otherwise.

Not refundable or exchangeable.

Gift Cards:

When available and purchased, gift cards may be redeemed on full price services listed on the Cali Skin Noosa website, excluding Special Offers and Promotional Offers.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Consumers should make sure that their gift card is kept in a safe place and treated like cash, as they are not replaced if lost. If you are given a Cali Skin Cosmetic Clinic Noosa Gift Card to another person, you should ensure that he or she is aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the Gift Cards and the relevant expiry date of the Cali Skin Cosmetic Clinic Noosa Gift Card.

 

You must treat your Cali Skin Cosmetic Clinic Noosa gift card like cash. We have no obligation to replace or refund value for lost or stolen. Cali Skin Cosmetic Clinic Noosa Gift Cards. Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not excepted once this valid date has expired.

Consultation fee:

Consultation for any treatments is currently complementary as Cali Skin Cosmetic Clinic Noosa wants to reduce any barriers to clients curiosity.
